Then Click Aplly then OK or simply click OK.

NOTE: When you click the "OK" Button or "APPLY" Button and you receive an error message, you need to remove the "/prefetch:1" to avoid errors launching the application.. maybe the application does not support prefetching..

WHAT is PREFETCHING?
Prefetch is a feature that stores specific data about the applications you run in order to help them start faster.

By default, Microsoft includes the /prefetch:1 switch to speed up it's Windows Media Player application start time. This switch can be used for other Windows applications and also many third party programs.

The EnablePrefetcher value can set to be one of the following:
0 = Disabled
1 = Application launch prefetching enabled
2 = Boot prefetching enabled
3 = Applaunch and Boot enabled (Optimal and Default)
